Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a smooth admission process for patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient admission experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the hospital database as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Bachelors, e.g., high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field].
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
