Mandatory 2+ years of healthcare experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) is a plus.
- Referrals ( Lab/ Radiology & Patients)
- Ensure meet the targets / top-line revenue
- Enrolling CBD doctors.
- Achieve business targets & key performance indicators in line with the department’s objectives.
- Corporate empanelment and liasoning with the Marketing team, coordination with treating doctors and ensuring patient retention.
- Visiting the outside Referral Doctors / Corporate.
- Collecting the referral forms from the Doctors, Reception, Laboratory and Radiology and collating.
- Preparing the referral statement.
- Coordinating with the finance department regarding the cheques for the referred Drs.
- Conducting in-house check on the working of referrals with the doctors and reception.
- Planning for the methods to promote the CSH brand in the area covered.
- Corporate
- Giving cold calls to prospective clients.
- Enrolling new corporates.
- Organizing events/ camps etc through insurance companies to their clients.
- Post visits to the clients to troubleshoot or suggesting better methods of targeting and bringing in more clients.
- Improvise on existing corporate contracts.
- Conducting Public meetings on varied topics as part of brand building initiative for the benefit of corporate at their venue by taking our doctors.
- Seminar- Certificate, Registration, Hotel Booking & Confirmations
- Coordinating with the hotel for booking the hall.
- Preparation of invitation letter & getting it approved by HOD.
- Inviting all the doctors as per the list approved by HOD.
- Registration of all the doctors & issue of certificates.
- Preparation of the attendance report of all the doctors for ministry.
- Preparation of the certificate-issued statement & settling the cash collected with the finance department.
- Forwarding the list of doctors who attended the seminar to DHA to comply with requests.
- Checking the facilities and also the materials for the seminar.
- Liaison with the messenger to take all event materials to the hotel.
- Faxing and communicating the seminar details to all the concerned doctors.
- Recheck the details related with the seminar and Pharmacy Company.
- Arranging for the seminar for CSH doctors in the conference room.
- Schedule and coordinating the in-house pharmacy meetings.
- Research
- Calling the patients for customer surveys.
- Coordinating with the referral doctors and competitor survey.
- Preparing questionnaires and forms to be filled by sample patients.
- Perform other related functions as directed by the HOD.
