Canadian Specialist Hospital Clinics at Al Ghurair Center is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to oversee the daily maintenance and operations of our clinic facilities. The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience in a Facilities Management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of clinic facilities.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Address any facility-related issues promptly to ensure a smooth clinic operation.
  • Maintain facility records and monitor budgets for repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Facilities Management role within the UAE, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance protocols, safety regulations, and facility operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
