Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of clinic facilities.
- Manage relationships with external contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Address any facility-related issues promptly to ensure a smooth clinic operation.
- Maintain facility records and monitor budgets for repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Facilities Management role within the UAE, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance protocols, safety regulations, and facility operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
