Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent management initiatives to attract and retain top healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, DHA, MOH, and JCIA requirements.
  • Lead HR programs that support staff development, including training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategies and objectives.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Support Joint Commission International survey compliance (SQE Chapter).

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership role within the healthcare/hospital sector, preferably in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and licensing entities such as DHA, MOH, and JCIA.
  • Proven excellence in team leadership and operational management.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to drive change, build high-performing teams, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in UAE labor law and HR compliance practices.
