- Manage and process insurance claims efficiently and in compliance with hospital policies and insurance provider guidelines.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
- Handle insurance-related inquiries and resolve issues with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and submission of claims to avoid delays or rejections.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Insurance Officer in the UAE healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE insurance policies, claims processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Filipino candidates preferred.
